Homemade Oat Milk

With just a few ingredients and your trusty blender, it's easy to make DIY oat milk, and unlike many of the store bought oat milks, this creamy homemade version lacks the nasty oils and preservatives. Here's how to make your oat milk at home for a simple, dairy-free beverage at a fraction of the cost.



Ingredients:


-1 Cup organic oats

-3-4 Cups Water

-2 Medjool dates


Instructions:


01. Mix all of the ingredients into a blender and whizz for 1-2 minuets

02. Pour through a sieve to remove any little oat bits, or use a nut milk bag stainer

03. Pour into a clean glass air tight bottle and store in the fridge for up to 3 days
